Impact Holidays (“Impact”) offers accommodation booking certificates (“certificates”) for a particular accommodation resort or property (“Property”). These certificates provide you with a special accommodation rate, as set out in the certificate. You then contact the property directly to place a booking and use your certificate to secure your special rate.
By purchasing a certificate, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
Terms & Conditions:
- Certificates will be sent by mail within 5 working days from purchase date.
- All certificates have an expiry date. No refunds will be given for expired certificates.
- Certificates cannot be used during exclusion periods. These periods may include School Holidays, Public Holidays and area special events. Exclusions are detailed on your certificate.
- Certificates CANNOT be used consecutively (ie. back to back) unless it is particularly stated in writing on the certificate.
- Certificates are non-refundable.
- Purchasing a certificate does not place a booking with a Property. Contact the Property directly to organise your Booking.
- Impact does not handle bookings for Properties.
- Bookings with Properties are subject to availability.
- Certificates purchased for a specific Property cannot be used for another Property.
- Certificates can be transferred to other parties, such as friends or family.
- Every Property has its own Terms & Conditions, which vary from Property to Property. This may include cancellation clauses and/or restrictions on your stay. By booking and/or staying at a Property, you agree to be bound by their Terms & Conditions. Impact takes no responsibility for the Terms & Conditions set, or enforced, by a Property.
- Impact does not offer refunds for bookings or stays at a Property.
- Additional charges may apply for bookings made during specific time periods, or for additional products and/or services requested (e.g. cot hire, roll away beds, internet hire). Additional products and services are subject to availability.
- While all due care is taken, Impact cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided to you regarding a Property, including features, facilities and distances to nearby attractions.
- Certificates are valid for one use only.
- Certificates must be presented to the Property on arrival. If you lose your certificate and require a replacement copy from Impact, an administration fee will apply.
